Ingredients

  • 1/2 loaf of vegetarian fish/素食乌柳宜 su shi wu liu yu (cut into cubes, mince and set aside)
  • 1 cup of self-rising flour
  • a few stalks of Chinese celery (cut into small sections)

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder

Method

  • Combine minced vegetarian fish + self-rising flour + salt + sugar + white pepper powder + 3/4 cup of water.
  • Mix well.
  • Heat up oil, form the mixture into nugget shapes and fry until golden brown.
