Ingredients
- 1/2 loaf of vegetarian fish/素食乌柳宜 su shi wu liu yu (cut into cubes, mince and set aside)
- 1 cup of self-rising flour
- a few stalks of Chinese celery (cut into small sections)
Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder
Method
- Combine minced vegetarian fish + self-rising flour + salt + sugar + white pepper powder + 3/4 cup of water.
- Mix well.
- Heat up oil, form the mixture into nugget shapes and fry until golden brown.
