Vegetarian Recipe: Salted Crushed Bean Curd Posted by Susan Siow | Jul 15, 2011 | Bean Curd, Updates, Vegetarian Recipes Ingredients 4 pieces of bean curd (crush) 1/2 loaf of vegetarian salted fish (defrost and mince) Seasonings 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder Method Heat 1/2 cup of oil. Stir-fry minced vegetarian salted fish until fragrant, dish out and set aside. Stir-fry crushed bean curd + salt + vegetarian seasoning + white pepper powder. Then, add the stir-fried vegetarian salted fish. Stir-fry repeatedly. Cover the pan and simmer for a few minutes. Dish out and serve.
