Ingredients
- 8 bean curd puffs
- 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch (mix with some water; serves as a thickener)
Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Method
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add bean curd puffs and stew with salt + sugar.
- Lastly, thicken with tapioca starch paste.
