Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup mung beans
  • 1/4 cup coix seeds/Job’s Tears
  • 5 cups water

Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and cook until the porridge begins to thicken.
  2. Add salt and stir well.
