Ingredients

  • 1 kelp (soak in water until soft and cut into 2-inch lengths)
  • 1 carrot (cut into rounds)

Seasonings

  • 1/2 cup sweet bean paste 甜酱 tian jiang (mix with 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil)

Method

  • Thread kelp + carrot by alternating them onto the bamboo skewers (about six).
  • Steam for about 15 minutes and serve with sweet bean sauce.
