Ingredients

  • 1/2 pumpkin (500 g) peel, deseed, cut into cubes, steam for about 15 minutes and set aside

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Method

  • Put steamed pumpkin cubes + 2 1/2 cups of water into a blender.
  • Puree until smooth and fine.
  • Slowly pour the pumpkin puree into a pot.
  • Add salt and constantly stir until boil.
  • Serve.
