Ingredients

  • 2 rice bowls of cooked rice/leftover rice
  • 1 piece of ginger (chop)

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning

Method

  • Heat oil, stir-fry chopped ginger until fragrant.
  • Add rice and stir-fry.
  • Add salt + vegetarian seasoning + some water.
  • Cover the pan and briefly simmer.
  • Dish out and serve.
