Ingredients

  • 6 Lady’s Fingers (remove both ends and cut into halves)
  • 1 tomato (cut into 6 wedges)
  • 1 ginger (mince; heat oil, stir-fry until fragrant, set aside)

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning

Method

  • Arranged Lady’s Fingers + tomato wedges on a steaming plate.
  • Sprinkle salt + vegetarian seasoning over.
  • Top with minced ginger (stir-fried) and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
  • Serve.
