Ingredients

  • 12 shiitake nuggets/vegetarian mutton nuggets
  • 1 radish (dice)

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning

Method

  • Bring 1/2 pot of water to a boil.
  • Add shiitake nuggets + diced radish into the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add salt + vegetarian seasoning, briefly cook and serve.
