Ingredients

  • 1 cup of groundnut kernels
  • 1 kudzu root (cut into small cubes)
  • 1/2 cup of red dates

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning

Method

  • Bring 1/2 pot of water to a boil.
  • Add groundnut kernels + red dates + kudzu root cubes into the pot and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
  • Lastly, add salt + vegetarian seasoning, briefly cook and serve.
